- For children and youth in Ages 7 to 15

- Learn and develop dance skills
- Connect with other children and youth

- For youth in Grades 9 to 12

- Interact through discussions and games
- Covers the following topics:
- Managing emotions, such as anger
- Self-awareness
- Respect of self and others
- Conflict resolution

- 4 to 5-week series
- 1 to 2 hour sessions
- For parents and legal guardians of children and youth in Grades 9 to 12
- Offered in English, French or bilingual
- This program offers parents the opportunity to:
- Develop and strengthen their social and emotional skills
- Interact with other parents through discussions and games
- Learn strategies to better support your children and youth
- Covers the following topics:
- Emotions
- Mental Health
- Communication
- Self-Esteem and more
- Details:
- 4 week series
- 1 to1.5 hour sessions
- For children in Grades 4 to 6
- Offered in English, French or bilingual
- This program offers youth the opportunity to:
- Develop and strengthen their social and emotional skills
- Interact through discussions and games
- Covers the following topics:
- Identifying and managing emotions, worries and stress
- Identifying and understanding various communication styles
- Resolving conflicts proactively
- Developing critical thinking skills and goal setting
- How and where to get help if needed

- 10 week series
- 2 hour sessions
- Fee for guitar rental
- For children and youth in Grades 4 to 12
- Offered bilingually (English and French)
- This program offers children and youth the opportunity to:
- Learn and develop guitar skills: notes, tuning, song and more
