    • Learn and apply conflict resolution strategies
    • Interact through discussions and games

    • Managing emotions, such as anger
    • Self-awareness
    • Respect of self and others
    • Conflict resolution

    • 4 to 5-week series
    • 1 to 2 hour sessions
    • For parents and legal guardians of children and youth in Grades 9 to 12
    • Offered in English, French or bilingual
  • This program offers parents the opportunity to:
    • Develop and strengthen their social and emotional skills
    • Interact with other parents through discussions and games
    • Learn strategies to better support your children and youth
  • Covers the following topics:
    • Emotions
    • Mental Health
    • Communication
    • Self-Esteem and more
  • Details:
    • 4 week series
    • 1 to1.5 hour sessions
    • For children in Grades 4 to 6
    • Offered in English, French or bilingual
  • This program offers youth the opportunity to:
    • Develop and strengthen their social and emotional skills
    • Interact through discussions and games
  • Covers the following topics:
    • Identifying and managing emotions, worries and stress
    • Identifying and understanding various communication styles
    • Resolving conflicts proactively
    • Developing critical thinking skills and goal setting
    • How and where to get help if needed

    • 10 week series
    • 2 hour sessions
    • Fee for guitar rental
    • For children and youth in Grades 4 to 12
    • Offered bilingually (English and French)
  • This program offers children and youth the opportunity to:
    • Learn and develop guitar skills: notes, tuning, song and more
