WORKSHOPS

Empower, Engage, Equip: SEL Well-being Workshops

Our workshops are designed to support the social and emotional well-being of young people in Grades 1-12. Whether you’re a school, community group, or child and youth agency, our sessions offer a safe and supportive space for young people to explore important topics, develop healthy coping strategies, and build stronger relationships with themselves and others.

Grounded in the SAFE (Sequenced, Active, Focused, and Explicit) approach and SEL (Social and Emotional Learning) Framework, our workshops combine evidence-informed concepts and strategies with real-life situations. Each session is interactive, age-appropriate, and intentionally crafted to engage young people while addressing key areas such as:

  • Mental health and emotional regulation;
  • Healthy relationships and conflict resolution;
  • Self-esteem and identity;
  • Responsible decision-making;
  • Goal-setting and more.

We believe in prevention with purpose and intervention with care. Whether it’s a multi-session series or a customized program tailored to your class(es) or group(s) needs, we create a meaningful space for them to learn, connect, and grow.
