As we celebrate National Volunteer Week (April 27–May 3, 2025), the Board of Directors of the Orléans-Cumberland Community Resource Centre extends our heartfelt thanks to our incredible volunteers.
This year’s theme, “Volunteers Make Waves,” underscores your actions’ profound and enduring impact. Each moment you dedicate creates waves of hope and support reverberating across our community.
This past year brought its share of challenges, from rising demand to limited resources, but your commitment never wavered. Whether it’s by giving your time as a member of the Board of Directors, at the food bank, supported families through the EarlyON program, helped create a welcoming space for children and youth, or assisted community members through our free tax clinic, your efforts made a real and lasting impact. We’re so grateful for everything you’ve done to uplift our community.
We could not provide the level of service we do without you. Thank you for your compassion, energy, and unwavering belief in the power of community. Your shared values and commitment make our work possible, and we are so grateful to have you by our side.
With deep appreciation,

Olivier Tremblay-Venneri
