Position of Director to OCCRC – BOARD OF DIRECTORS (volunteer position)
The Orléans‑Cumberland Community Resource Centre (OCCRC) is a bilingual, multiservice organization working with residents to build a strong, inclusive, and connected community. We are currently seeking new volunteer Board members who bring experience in accounting or finance and/or a strong connection to rural communities. Candidates must be bilingual (French & English) and passionate about community well‑being and good governance. OCCRC

Volunteer Opportunity: Community Garden Volunteer
We are looking for volunteers to join us for another season at the Green Thumb Community Garden. All the vegetables and herbs from this communal garden are donated to the Orléans-Cumberland Community Resource Centre Food Bank. The raised garden beds are located on the land behind St Helen’s Anglican Church at 1234 Preston Dr. The garden is also an opportunity

Creating the Change We Want training will be provided in French
Contact Carole at couellette@crcoc.ca if you would like to register for 8 sessions on Wednesdays from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., from April 22 to June 10, in person at the Lowertown Community Center (40 Coburg Street). This session will be offered in French only, so we ask that participants be comfortable learning in French. Read more (in French).
