CATHOLIC IMMIGRATION CENTRE

Bilingual service offered by the Catholic Immigration Centre is available to immigrants who would like to get information on services offered in the Ottawa area. There is an increase in services (in schools, churches and long term health centres) in the Orléans multicultural community – many visits can be made at the home or by telephone.

PROGRAMS AT THE OTTAWA PUBLIC LIBRARY

The Ottawa Public Library can help you learn English and French, prepare for the Ontario driver’s test and the Canadian citizenship test, fi nd information about education, family issues, housing and other settlement services. A calendar of activities is available on the library's website for anyone interested in participating in groups or workshops.
