DIABETES EDUCATION PROGRAM
 

A community information program offered to adults by the Centretown Community Health Centre.  This program is offered at the Orléans-Cumberland Community Resource Centre by a nurse and a dietician specifically trained in diabetes program and education.  They deliver information to clients diagnosed as pre-diabetic and/or with Type 2 diabetes.  They also provide education programs, individual evaluations and follow-ups.
