| OTTAWA EAST FAMILY HEALTH CENTRE | | | A new service offered in Ottawa's east end is possible due to the collaboration between the five eastern community Centre (Overbrook-Forbes, Eastern Ottawa, Lowertown, Vanier and Orléans-Cumberland). Each Centre will have their own family health team offering basic health services to families and individuals who have not be able to find family physicians.
